Personalised screen-printed T-shirt for girls

At the end of October/beginning of November, our home town Barcelona is host to the ‘Salón del Manga’, a huge manga event attended by thousands of people from all over, a large majority of whom are girls so we thought we’d start this week with some personalised screen-printed T-shirts for girls.

Personalised screen-printed t-shirts girls

When choosing women’s T-shirts, we can only start by looking at the Fruit of the Loom Value Lady model as one of the most versatile T-shirts for women available. Not only is the brand world-renowned and very popular due to the high quality but this model is especially affordable and resistant, with a stylish cut and a range of different colours!

There are those who believe that screen-printing is limited when it comes to reproducing certain designs, but the truth is that it really can create masterpieces with just 2-colours, as it has done in this case:

Personalised girls-t-shirts
Personalising t-shirts

Using the negative space on the T-shirt, the design incorporates the garment colour to obtain a fantastic result.

One of the best advantages of screen-printing when personalising t-shirts is the unbeatable ratio between value-for-money and quality! This means the most traditional personalisation technique also becomes the ideal method for the resale of t-shirts allowing the best profit margin.

And as you can see… the results speak for themselves! 🙂

Screen printing

For other girls’ t-shirts, we recommend taking a look at our online catalogue to find the right style and colour for you, but we do have a few suggestions:

These are just a few of our favourite which are all fantastic choices for designers customised t-shirts due to their quality and durability, not to mention the affordability. We’ve also got a range of vintage or organic T-shirts as well as different styles: sleeveless, two-tone, V-neck etc.
There’s really something for everyone!

Personalised polos with screen-printing and embroidery

Today we’re pitting two of our most classic printing techniques against one-another to show you the different effects created on personalised polos with screen-printing and embroidery.

Screen-printing is a very versatile technique which can stamp a range of complicated or simple designs onto practically any fabric. We use this method when the designs you send us are of few colours or don’t contain shading or different tones, for example simple business logos.

Today’s example is a perfect sample of a printed polo with a 2-colour screen-printed logo on the left-hand chest area – a very classic style.

As this client sent us a clear and simple design, you can see for yourself the fabulous result it had in screen-printing:

On the other hand, we also embroider polos with your company, school or organisation logo.

The example we bring you today has a very elegant feel to it due to it’s simple but complete design and the silver thread they chose to use contrasting with the dark blue polo shirts.

Having said this, our embroidery method allows you to personalise your clothing with up to 15 colours! And even better, the price isn’t based on the number of colours your design contains but the size and type of design.

If you like what you see and you’d like to receive a quote for embroided clothing send us an e-mail today with your design and the amount of items and model you’re interested in and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Also, if you’re not quite sure which of our many personalisation techniques you need to print your logo, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll help you decide which of our customising methods suits your needs best.

Don’t forget to take a look at our online polo shirt catalogue and choose a style you like so that we can best advise you with regards to the technique and fabric.

Promotional caps

There are many ways to personalise hats, it all just depends on the design and the effect you’re going for! You could use screen-printing, digital transfer, CAD-cut vinyl or as this client chose to do, embroidery.

Why choose embroidery, you ask? Well, because it’s a high quality technique which always produces great results and not only does it last practically forever, it also brings that extra touch of class to your personalised clothing.

We often recommend choosing medium-high quality garments with a medium-heavy weight and embroiding in 1 to 3 colours. As you can see here, it’s a fantastic method for creating sports or business uniforms.

DTG printing is slightly more expensive than other personalisation methods such as traditional screen-printing or digital transfer but we highly recommend it’s use especially in the following cases:

  • For designers who wish to produce customised bags with complex illustrations;
  • For printing photos on bags;
  • For band photos or logos with shading and different tones – something we find very common amongst rock and heavy metal bands;
  • And for all clients who wish to create high quality personalised bags which are resistent, long-lasting and durable!

This customer was very happy with the result of these cotton bags and they’ve even come back for more since then as do many of our customers!

Personalised screen-printed T-shirts

When you start looking into creating your very own personalised screen-printed T-shirts, the possibilities really are endless! The different combinations of T-shirt models and colours that we offer as well as the variety of designs you could print is unlimited. 🙂

When using screen-printing the most common colour tends to be white or black, even on coloured T-shirts. However if you’re feeling a bit adventurous there are some fantastic personalised clothes to be made by combining different, eye-catching colours just like this one:

Personalised screen-printed T-shirts

Yellow screen-printing on a red T-shirt!

Personalised screen-printed tees

But this time, the client hasn’t just chosen any type of yellow. They’ve really thought about what would blend well with the red and they’ve come up with a cream-coloured yellow.

In our textile printing workshop, we have a team of colour experts who are able to create practically any tone you need. Although no official Pantone range exists for textile printing, we do work to produce an exactitude of 98%!

Screen printing

As well as this, our screen-printing inks for your personalised tees are completely free of phtalates! And what are phtalates you ask? Well, it’s a harmful chemical substance which years ago was really common to find in printing workshops and although recently its use has diminished, it is still employed in some factories.

Textile printing

If you’re looking for some medium-premium range T-shirts, the B&C range is one of the best options. Not only is it a range with soft comfortable models and elegant detailing but it also consists of various models with a multitude of available colours.

The T-shirt chosen for this particular design was the B&C 150gr but there are many more available: for him, her and the little ones. And you can print on these models using any of our personalisation techniques:

  • Screen-printing
  • DTG printing
  • Classic transfer
  • Embroidery
  • CAD-cut vinyl
  • Rhinestone
  • Digital transfer printing (only on white T-shirts)

We also recommend choosing a good quality T-shirt and customising method when it comes to T-shirts for designers, brands or bands in order to guarantee the best result.

Photo printing on T-shirts

Photo printing on T-shirts is one of the most traditional ways to personalise garments which today remains a favourite. As traditional screen-printing doesn’t allow for photo printing, we branched out to other methods of textile personalisation in order to bring to our clients all types of printed garments.

Print photos t-shirts

The first of which is CAD-cut vinyl printing, probably the oldest technique for photo printing that involves just that: printing the photo on a special sheet of thin vinyl paper which is then heat-pressed onto the garment.

The technical bit: we use a plotter to print and cut the image at 720dpi which ensures fantastic quality prints!

There are two possibilities for vinyl printing:

  1. Simple cut: We cut around the image leaving a small border the same colour as the T-shirt, the most affordable option
  2. Detailled cut: We use the plotter to cut around individual designs and details. A much more complicated task which therefore is more costly.

The benefits of CAD-cut vinyl printing are that you don’t have to reduce the colours in your design or photo, meaning you can print just about anything and it’s possible to choose from a range of sizes too: from just 10x10cm to the maximum 30x30cm with corresponding price ranges.

Cad-cut vinyl printing
Print photos on t-shirts

The drawbacks to this personalisation technique is that the effect can be somewhat like plastic, especially for larger sized prints and therefore we recommend other techniques, like DTG or sublimation in these cases.

Remember: always wash and iron these garments inside-out to ensure long-lasting designs.

This printing method is ideal for hen nights, stag dos, parties, street festivals etc.

HOWEVER, it’s not the only way we can print photos on T-shirts.

There’s also DTG printing – meaning literally Direct-to-garment, digital printing:

Photo printing on t-shirts

This technique is exactly what you need if you’re looking to print multicoloured designs on white or coloured T-shirts.

DTG printing allows us to produce large and small orders of personalised T-shirts with no colour limit for the design and with measurements from 10x10cm to 32x42cm.

This method is much more modern and we’re pleased to say that we’ve got one of the most state-of-the-art digital printing machines available on the market: the Kornit, meaning we can print our designs in fantastic high definition.

Dtg printing
Printing photos onto tshirts

Remember, although it is the best quality available, printing on fabric is never the same as printing onto white paper!

Printing via DTG is slightly more costly and often can take longer, therefore for larger orders the delivery time may be extended. It’s often chosen by designers and those who have their own clothing line due to the limitless colour printing it offers.

So now you know all about printing photos onto T-shirts, what are you waiting for? Get in touch today and you could have your very own personalised order in no time!
